Cancellation and no-show:
Room reservation contract is binding on both parties. In the event of breach of contract, the breaching party is liable to pay compensation for the non-breaching party. If reservation causes any additional costs for the hotel, the customer is liable to pay for all costs incurred.

Compensation for not using the reserved room is counted in accordance with the following conditions:
a) The cancellation is free of charge, if cancelled no later than 18:00 on the day before arrival.
b) If cancelled later than 18:00 on the day before arrival, 100% of the first night will be charged.
c) If you are a no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.

Leaving before the agreed time:
If the reservation has been made for a certain period of time and customer leaves before the agreed date he must pay the agreed price for the unused time.

Please, inform us in advance of your estimated time of arrival. You can do this when making your reservation in the details section or by contacting the hostel. Rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival. The room must be vacated no later than by 12 noon on the day of departure.

Smoking is not allowed inside the hostel. A cleaning fee of 200€ will be incurred for non-compliance.

Group booking terms:
Group bookings adhere to the general reservation and cancellation guidelines of the Finnish Hospitality Association MaRa.

Group bookings can be cancelled without specific reason in accordance with the following conditions:
a) If cancelled at least 30 days before arrival no cancellation fee will be charged.
b) If cancelled between 29-14 days before arrival date a 50% cancellation fee applies.
c) If cancelled later than 14 days before arrival date a 100% cancellation fee applies if the room cannot be resold.
